Garden/Landscape Shop Lead
*$1000.00 Hiring Bonus after 90 days of employment***
Pleasant View Gardens is seeking a task-orientated individual to run the day-to-day operations of our shop and property. The role is multi-faceted with low-level repairs on buildings, greenhouses, and the overall property. This position will provide service and basic repairs to vehicles, equipment, and trailers. The day also may include delivering materials to job sites, receiving deliveries, operating trucks and/or trailers, operating a skid steer, and snow removal.
Greenhouse Shift Lead
We are seeking an ambitious, reliable and adaptable candidate who has passion and appreciation for the production of plants. This candidate is responsible for the production process of bedding plants including inventory tracking, pest management, plant health, order pulling, and the management of the staff during scheduled shifts.
This candidate loves the outdoors, and has a strong interest in plant material and landscape design and installation. They take pride in their work, have attention to detail, and are ready to put their skills into action!
This candidate will be overseeing day to day garden maintenance responsibilities at various job sites. This includes crew oversight with training as needed, as well as assuring productive and efficient work from each individual and team .
This candidate would have a passion and appreciation for the production of plants. This is a unique opportunity to see and be a part of the full growth of greenhouse plants from seed to garden- ready.
